Fantastic write-up Q. While this Ant fella is not my cup of tea (nor 80's music, in general), your review was so personal and dripping with your joy of the experience, I actually teared up w/ happiness for your happiness. Thanks for sharing, as always!
Die hard Ant Fan here...you represented the experience well. "Killer" was also the highlight for me...transported me back to my punk and rebellious youth...lol. *Sigh* Thanks for the review!
What a great article. I think my hubby and I were chatting with you about the missed opportunity to see Adam live. Glad you made it home safely, and glad you enjoyed the show. I was definitely not disappointed at all.
Very nice article. I saw Adam Ant in 1983 and INXS opened for him. Adam was absolutely fabulous and I remember it like it was yesterday. I saw him opening night in St. Louis last Thursday night and it brought back a lot of memories. He sounded great and I was happy to see him looking so well. Sexy as ever! If his show wasn’t sold out in Indianapolis, I would’ve driven there to see him again.
