This is super cool. Former wrestling scriptwriter, Husker Du and Sugar frontman, and an artist with a large catalog of solo material, Bob Mould will finally return to an Omaha stage. I am pretty sure that Maha 2013 was the last time he was in town, and before that was it the Music Box on Cass Street? Maybe there was a Sokol show or something in between. Anyway! He is coming back on April 14th to The Waiting Room. He will be touring on the new album Here We Go Crazy, which he is really pushing as a 'give the fans what they want' album. He will have indie rock heavyweights Jason Narducy and Jon Wurster in his band and fellow Minnesota musician and Hold Steady frontman Craig Finn sharing the bill with him. It’s a dream come true for many of us, and tickets go on sale Friday HERE.
Country rockers Pecos & the Rooftops are coming from Lubbock, Texas to perform at The Admiral on April 18th. Put on “Last Night’s Lashes” and grab some tickets HERE on Friday.
Sludge metal band Whores. finally returned last year with their second album War. They will bring their noise rock sound to Slowdown on March 5th. You can get tickets HERE
Country singer-Bailey Zimmerman will be at Stir Cove on September 4th. His debut album from 2023, “Religiously. The Album” went double platinum and was a Billboard Top Ten smash. Will he have a new album out this year? Tickets on sale Friday HERE with pre-sales happening now.
It should be warm out on May 25th, but a double shot of Cold is coming that night as they perform two albums in full. They will be celebrating the 20th Anniversary of A Different Kind of Pain and the 25th Anniversary of 13 Ways To Bleed On Stage. This all happens at The Bourbon Theater and tickets go on sale HERE on Friday.
See, feel and hear the music of Van Halen, KISS, Motley Crue, Queen, Journey, Alice Cooper, Aerosmith and more as Hairball takes their 25th Anniversary tour to Liberty First Credit Union Arena for a show on April 26th. Tickets on sale HERE on Friday
He is the grandson of Jessi Colter and Waylon Jennings and he will be a Bucks Bar and Grill on July 3rd. Whey Jennings has been putting out music for awhile now, but released his debut album Jekyll & Hyde in 2024. He will bring the sound of his family and songs of his life and struggles with addiction and more to the dive bar in Venice. Tickets on sale HERE
