New Song From Mudpuddles, Pop Up Neva Dinova Show and Tuesday and Wednesday's Music Listings
Area trio The MudPuddles released a new single this week called “Not Feelin’ It." The song's lyrics are an absolute perfect fit for the way many people around these parts have been feeling. A tale of keeping one's sheets over their heads and wondering when spring will come. The acoustic trio track reminds me of when Violent Femmes could pop off infectious, quirky songs non-stop. It’s a really good song, a lot of fun, and one that could fit on many a playlist, as you will probably want to play it again. You can check it out on streaming sites. Here is their song link
Late last night, I got a message that Neva Dinova was performing another Omaha show, this time at O’Leavers. That show will also feature Sean Pratt and Jess Price of Campdogzz and Doom Flower. If you are worried that you are too old for an old school O’Leavers night like back in the day, they got you. This show will be this Sunday, January 21st, at 5 p.m.; not that—that will really stop you once you get there.
